As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I’m passionate about helping people tend to their hearts both biblically and therapeutically. My husband, Dr. Matthew Gilbert, and I founded BBC Health — an integrated medical practice in Lewisville, Texas — to care for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

While I am not accepting new counseling clients at this time, I oversee our counseling department and have the privilege of leading a team of highly trained, trauma-informed counselors who love Jesus and care deeply for every person they serve.
